Can I change my subscription plan from monthly to yearly?

Absolutely! You can switch to a yearly plan from the next billing cycle onwards — our support team will be happy to take care of it for you.

Here’s how to make the change:

  1. Open the support widget in Everymail My Account. Since you’re already logged in there, you’ll be automatically verified.

  2. Ask our chatbot to connect you with a human supporter. During business hours, one of our friendly 1st-level support agents will join the chat.

  3. Let them know that you’d like to switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription.

  4. Your supporter will update the plan for you and confirm the change by email.
