Billing and payments
Billing
Everymail bills you at the beginning of each subscription period or when a mailbox is added. An invoice is generated for every charge. If you add a mailbox, you will incur a prorated charge for the new mailbox.
You can find this invoice by:
- Logging in at www.everymail.com/login
- Selecting "Payment History" from the left menu, which will display your invoice history
- Choosing the invoice you wish to download to view it.
Payments
Everymail charges you for the email service. During the initial subscription process, you will be guided to enter your payment details. We recommend setting up a backup payment method for your subscription. If your credit card expires, the system will automatically use the configured backup payment method. "Auto renewal" is set for your subscription.
If you wish to change your payment details, you can do so by following these steps:
- Log in at www.everymail.com/login
- Select "Payment Methods" from the left menu
- Adjust the settings to your preferred options
