Forgot Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry. We have a process to help you regain access. To begin, follow these steps:
-
Go to www.everymail.com/login
-
Click the "Forgot your Password" link located under the "Password" field.
-
You will receive a link to reset your password, sent to any of the following if we have them on file:
- Your cell phone via SMS
- Your secondary email account
- Your current email account *
NOTE: For security reasons, we do not specify where the password recovery links will be sent during this process, to prevent unauthorized access.
- Why send a reset link to the email you’re trying to recover? Sometimes your password is saved and functional in your email app on your phone or desktop, even if you forget it. We send reset links here to maximize your chances of receiving them and updating your password.
- Click the password reset link you received.
NOTE: All password reset links we send are identical, so you only need to click one, even if you receive multiple—such as one on your phone and another in your secondary email.
Enter your new password Re-enter the new password to confirm You can now log in to your Email or My Account with your newly reset password.
